About me
A school-based wellbeing practitioner specialising in translating student behaviour and counselling insights into actionable systems. Her work and strengths extends to the focus on helping individuals and schools move beyond a check-list driven approach towards more meaningful, pattern-based use of data. She is particularly interested in early identification, neuro-divergent-informed practice, and designing scalable wellbeing frameworks that support both students and educators. She brings a systems-thinking lens to student wellbeing, with particular interest in neurodivergence, masking, and the gaps traditional data often misses.
