About me
My name is Sam Montanaro, I'm Director of Evidence Informed Learning at a large independent school in Melbourne, where I lead the development of data-informed culture across multiple campuses. My work focuses on building coherent, whole-school approaches to data use through designing effective data systems, building teacher and leadership capacity. My background is in senior secondary education, numeracy leadership, and educational strategy, with particular expertise in translating evidence-informed principles into practical, sustainable school-wide implementation. I am driven by the belief that data culture is built through people and processes, not platforms.
