With 25 years experience in both Australia and the UK, I am excited this year to have stepped into my new role as Deputy Principal - Teaching & Learning at John XXIII College. I lead with a strong focus on pedagogical excellence, curriculum coherence and evidence informed practice. I am committed to building a culture where innovation, collaboration and data informed decision making drive teacher growth and student success. Throughout my career, I have been motivated by a clear purpose: to support every student to achieve their personal best, to feel valued for who they are, and to empower teachers with the clarity, confidence and capability to make this happen.
