Dan works directly with schools and systems as a trusted critical friend, helping them make informed decisions, establish effective communications, develop governance models, update assessment options, select technologies, develop AI agents, and support staff development across their organisation.
He was a founding advisor to the international US EdSafe AI Alliance, served for two years on Google’s GenAI Advisory Board, authored the Australian government’s paper on AI principles, developed AI guidance for the VCAA, and was appointed to AERO’s EdTech Advisory Board.
